I’m a graphic designer and web developer working between the digital and the material to present stories that bring people together. I believe great ideas come from understanding, embracing, and expanding their context. Business goals and thoughtful research inform the better part of my creative process. Under construction.

Context is the key to notability, whether grounded in facts or personal stories. Every creation lives within a broader cultural landscape shaped by diverse backgrounds, opposing ideas and countless forms of human expression. My design draws inspiration from music, psychology and the vernacular.

Raised by immigrant parents in tiny but warm Costa Rica, I have learned to find a sense of family in the communities around me. That outlook continues to shape how I approach my work and my world. Everyday experiences (discovering music, attending public events, walking through cities, connecting with people) fuel my creative intuition.

I encourage collaborators to bring their own influences into the process, creating work that reflects multiple perspectives.
